Our Process:
We only use 100% USA Sourced white chicken breast. NO CHINA CHICKEN here Guaranteed! We then trim all the excess fat off each piece and carefully slice it. We then add it to the dehydrator there are NO ADDITIVES added to the chicken. After many hours of dehydration we allow the chicken to cool down. We then weigh out 4 oz per order and Vacuum seal them with a FOOD SAFE moisture absorbing packet in each bag (this helps keep the jerky fresher longer)
Each package will last 1 month at room temperature and 2 months if refrigerated.
